What is «DeCor» project?

A month ago, our central facilities in Valencia (Spain) were affected by the impact of the DANA. It was a difficult time, but at Emuca we don’t stand still. We are a tireless and committed team, and this experience has united us more than ever.

Hence the ‘DeCor’ project (‘from the heart’ in Valencian), an initiative that puts people at the centre. Its motto, ‘where people begin’, reflects our mission: not only to rebuild, but to give back hope and opportunities.

How can you help?

Discover Emuca’s new collection of handles for charity

We have launched a collection of shooters paying tribute to the towns with the most houses affected by the DANA, highlighting the best that each municipality has to offer and that we must recover by working together.

We will donate 10% of the proceeds to rebuild schools in the affected areas.

AVE Association

100% of the proceeds will go to those affected by DANA through a Valencian public utility association that has been operating for ten years with all the hallmarks of quality, Mamás en Acción.

Cáritas

Cáritas Diocesana de Valencia is a reference in the support and accompaniment of elderly people with reduced mobility in the affected areas to attend to all the needs they may have.

Dasyc Foundation

Local foundation that focuses on helping families at risk of social exclusion in the affected areas. By donating to this foundation we will help to help these vulnerable families and rebuild schools.

Customer initiatives

From Emuca we have helped +30 affected clients, helping to manage the application for a grant of €8,000 from the Alçem-Se initiative of Marina de Empresa, an institution with which we share years of collaboration.

AVE Solidarity Dinner

Participation in the Desde Valencia Para Valencia initiative of AVE (Asociación Valenciana de Empresarios) by attending the charity dinner (€500/cover). 100% of the proceeds will go to those affected by DANA through a Valencian public utility association that has been operating for ten years with all the quality seals, Mamás en Acción.

Aid to employees

3,000 Euro non-refundable aid for workers who lost their vehicles

No Valencian Child without Three Kings

We joined the national campaign ‘No Valencian child without Three Kings’ with a special action to help the families of affected populations.

The recent DANA marked a challenging moment for Emuca. Before, we were a company focused on innovation and service, but after, we demonstrated something even more important: our resilience. We came together as a team, restructured processes and worked to minimise the impact on our customers, while maintaining our commitment to quality and service.
